Dark Bay Creations Terms and Policies

- E-Transfer is an option Through our Facebook Page, but if E-Transfer is not sent within 24 hours of being given your total the order will be cancelled and those products will be available for others. Once E-transfer are sent, the order will not be able to be cancelled.

- E-transfer orders will be made through invoices. Those invoices will have a breakdown of the cost. We will send you a message when we email it over. You will have 24 hours from the time that message is sent to get payment in. Please check your JUNK mail if it doesn’t arrive to your inbox

- Our prices are not negotiable. They are what they are. We are pretty lucky to be able to do sales at different times. We try to give some notice for if you’d like to save.

- Bulk and Custom orders need 100% payment upfront to start Processing

- No Refunds on products, if you have an issue please reach out and we will do our best to make it right

- You will not receive a refund or replacement products on wear and tear of products. Unfortunately tailbags do not last forever but we have made many improvements to insure the quality of our products

- You will not receive replacement products if you chose No-tracking and the products do not arrive.

- Non Tracking is at YOUR OWN RISK

- All Prices are in CANADIAN

- Disrespect will not be tolerated, we will not do business with you if you are disrespectful to us or our customers

- Discount codes do not apply to shipping rates

- We will always ship with Canada Post

- Pickup is available in Saskatoon SK Monday - Friday 8am-5:30pm, but we need 24 hours notice

- Local pickup is an option if we post about going to an event or are in your area

- Products for Pickup will be 100% full payment in order to hold them for pickup. At this time, we do not to cash at Pickup location

- Tracked shipping starts $19. All Tracked packages have $100 insurance if needed

- If you chose Non-Tracked/Lettermail shipping and it does not arrive, Dark Bay Creations CANNOT be held responsible for this

- Once packages are dropped off at Canada post, it is there responsibility. Any issues can be directed to them.

- If there is issues with your order, we need to be notified within 24 hours of receiving your package to be able to help and/or exchange products

- Our mailing days are MONDAYS and THURSDAYS. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to go to the post office daily. If your order is placed Thursday- Sunday it will shipped Monday. If your order is placed Monday-Wednesday it will ship Thursday.

- We cannot get a message out to every customer on if there package was sent, especially if you payed for lettermail. Please trust that we had it shipped out on the nearest Monday or Thursday. If you pay for tracked shipping, you will get an image or an email sent with your tracking number on those days.

-If you are interested in products for prizes or bulk for an event or such, let us know as prices do change a bit for bulk. We are more than happy to give you a quote if you can tell us exactly how many items you’d like

- We are a one woman business. I am very lucky to have friends, family and loved ones help me out from time to time. We try very hard to get back to you in a timely fashion. If for some reason we are closed or unavailable we will post this on our Facebook and Instagram Page

- If there is a concern please talk with us. We are more than open to have conversation as we are all human, but please have that conversation!
